Sending Us Your Artwork

We use Mac and PC computers for the highest quality graphics.

If you aren't sure what you want or need we have a highly capable and friendly staff of artists who would be happy to come up with some completely original artwork for you!

We accept:
(In order of preference)
Adobe Illustrator (.EPS)
Adobe Photoshop (.PSD)
High Resolution JPEGs (150-300dpi)

Please do not send:
Corel Draw
Publisher
Microsoft Word
Microsoft PowerPoint
Microsoft Office
Low Resolution JPEGs

Files can be accepted on:
CD

IMPORTANT: Artwork or pictures found on the internet rarely work, especially small photo-realistic pictures.

Fill in your name, organization, event name, and phone number along with your due date in the form with your attached artwork so that we may quickly resolve any printability issues.

If submitting digital artwork, please refer to the additional requirements below. Please supply a black and white or color printout for each file.

DIGITAL ART REQUIREMENTS (Creating Outlines)

Illustrator files:

1. Save all Illustrator files in .EPS format with Illustrator 6 compatibility.
2. Make sure to GROUP fonts that are created to outlines.
3. Use custom spot colors, including black.
4. For WHITE ink, use a neutral gray custom color and rename it "White Spot".
5. Please make file ACTUAL SIZE in inches (call for standards and maximums).
6. Try to avoid using "strokes (outlines)". Strokes are, at times difficult to trap.
7. Please supply a color or black and white print out for each file.


Photoshop files:

1. Whenever possible, save .PSD files in multiple layers.
2. Save one color images in grayscale mode (decreases file size).
3. Convert RGB files to CMYK (Aztec is not responsible for color shifts from RGB to CMYK).
4. JPEGs and Internet downloaded images are not suggested due to their low 72 dpi resolution.
5. Please supply a color or black and white printout for each file.
